  • Your monthly fee at sign-up is guaranteed not to increase for 12 months, even if the program price goes up for all new members.
  • Although presently the number of visits allowed per month is unlimited, this may change at any time and you will be notified accordingly.
  • A $100 enrolment fee is required at sign-up.
  • Monthly payments must be made by direct deposit from your bank account or credit card.
  • Any lapse in a monthly payment, for whatever reason, will result in a 6-month lock-out on rejoining the program.
