Whether you registered with Downtown Urgent Care, Eureka Urgent Care or Downtown Medical (the primary care internal medicine practice), you will be receiving a phone call from one of our helpful staff members very shortly, during office hours (8am-6pm weekdays or 9am-1pm weekends). If you do not receive a call within 1 hour (during normal office hours), please don't hesitate to give us a swift kick of a reminder, and call us instead (314.436.9300)!

The staff member will be able to answer most of your questions such as:

  • when you should/could come on in
  • whether an urgent care can take care of your physical complaint, or whether calling 911 for an ambulance is a better option
  • who is working today (if you have a preference for a certain provider)
  • your copayment (if you have one)
  • your deductible (if applicable)
  • what services we can provide here
  • what procedures can be done here
  • where else you might consider visiting, in the unlikely event that we are unable to help you today
  • any other questions; just remember, "there are no dumb questions"

We are the first urgent care in the region to use web registration to save our patients time in the waiting room. Pre-registering from the comfort of one's home or office is the now the best way to set up a doctor's office visit.
