Under Prepaid URGENT Care alone, only non-controlled (i.e. non-narcotics or psychotropics) short-term (e.g. antibiotics, steroids) generic medication is covered. If a person elects to add Prepaid PRIMARY Care, then non-controlled long-term (e.g. blood pressure or diabetic) generic medication is also covered. Medication that is administered directly to the patient (PO, ODT, IM or IV or topical) is covered.
When generic medication is prescribed, either electronically or in the form of a paper prescription, you should visit one of the following pharmacies and then bring a receipt back to us for reimbursement.
