All plans must contain at least one mentally competent, non-dependent adult, who acts as the nominated 'head of household' as well as under whose name the payment information pertains. No plan may have more than two adults. A child is defined as someone under the age of 18, whose parent or guardian is represented by at least one of the adults in the plan which is being entered into.

Although this won't cover you for major illness or injury, an urgent care can cater to more than 85% of medical problems.

This healthcare solution, whether it's for an individual, family or for a large workforce, provides participants with UNLIMITED urgent care office visits, lab work, X-rays, nebulizer treatments, EKGs and procedures (including suturing, splinting, abscess drainage, skin tag removal).

We also include, and recommend, an annual physical (sports/school or general adult), as well as an annual influenza vaccine.

*Under Prepaid URGENT Care alone, only non-controlled (i.e. non-narcotics or psychotropics) short-term (e.g. antibiotics, steroids) generic medication is covered. If a person elects to add Prepaid PRIMARY Care, then non-controlled long-term (e.g. blood pressure or diabetic) generic medication is also covered.  Medication that is administered directly to the patient (PO, ODT, IM or IV or topical) is covered. considered.

If someone doesn't have insurance because of preexisting conditions and just needs to be seen by a physician, you can now apply to be the pioneer state member for YOUR STATE of PrepaidUrgentCare.com, which provides affordable and convenient access to healthcare providers, with no insurance, no copay, no deductible and no contract. 

First come first served with regard to facilities, for each state, and each 'zone', represented by a 25 to 50 mile radius, e.g. your city/county/region. If you are the pioneer state member, then you receive a fee for every enrollee in your state. If you are the zone key facility for your zone (typically the first member of that zone) then you will always be the first default nominated facility, plus a standard zone fee for every enrollee in your zone.
