Individual Plan $67/month
The member for an Individual Plan must be an independent adult, aged 18 or more.

Couples Plan $130/month
A 'Couple' is defined as either two adults, or one adult and one child.

Family Of 3 Plan $180/month
This can be either two adults plus one child, or one adult plus two children.

Family Of 4 Plan $215/month
This can be either two adults plus two children, or one adult plus three children.

Family Of 5 Plan $250/month
This can be either two adults plus three children, or one adult plus two children.

All of the above plans may be purchased annually with a 10 % discount. Enrollment fees would still apply for each member.
